Great experience with Scott at Block Appraisals. I hired them because my insurance company had given me what seemed like an absurdly high rebuild cost for my house. Had a great experience working with Scott. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and how much time he took to understand the nuances of both the property and each of the comparable sales.
