Scott S. Block is a certified New York State real estate appraiser who obtained his license in 2007 and has built more than 20 years of comprehensive valuation experience across NYC’s diverse real estate landscape.

His practice encompasses the full spectrum of residential and commercial appraisal assignments—from modest condos to high-end co-ops, from small retail spaces to significant commercial properties, from vacant land to complex mixed-use buildings. He has provided valuations across every price range and for virtually every purpose, including mortgage financing, refinancing, estate settlements, divorce proceedings, litigation support, pre-listing analysis, tax appeals, partnership buyouts, and asset management.
